Can I create a Create .NET 1.1 project in VS2005?

I've been having some issues trying to recompile parts of a website -
and i have come to the conclusion that it was originally created
as .NET 1.1 and I only have access to VS2005 - so its compiling the
    dll as 2.0

Is there a way to create it as 1.1? Or is there a trial version of VS
    2003 pro available?
