I have loaded VS2003 aqnd VS2005. I to created a web service in VS2003.
When I tried to run the web service with the 'Hello World' procedure, I got
an error stating that access was denied to the temporary internet files on my
'C:\' drive. I got this same error when I tried to browse the .aspx file in
IIS.
