Cannot find the Platform Components in J2ME node in Windows->Preferences in Eclipse

Hi.

I am new to Eclipse and J2ME. Would really appreciate your help. I installed the EclipseME plugin in Eclipse and I downloaded the Sun Wireless Toolkit and installed it but when I return to Eclipse and got Windows->Prefernces->J2ME I find the Platform Components is not available. Please tell me what I have to do or what I am doing wrong.
