This is an error to which there have been previous posts and I havent found
the true answer yet.
What I have worked out though is that the error only occurs when trying to
access the website at the same time as the database is being viewed in Visual
Studio Express.
i.e. If you close Visual Studio the error dissappears.
This problem has led me to rebuilding my webserver and spending hours to no
avail.
What I know now though means that at least I can fix by closing Visual Studio.
It is in my opinion a bug in Visual Studio and not a true error.
