Cant create web project from VS.Net 2003 on win2003 server issue..

Hi,

I'm just installed VS.Net 2003 on my win2003 server, but when I went to
create a web project I get an error saying unable to create website, some
web components are not installed when installing VS.Net 2003. This happens
when I use a non-Administrator account. But everything works fine when I
logon as a local administrator. Has anyone encountered this issue? I've
even tried putting my user account into the Power User group and still the
problem persists. This looks like a permission issue, but I can't seem to
find the permission setting that's causing this problem.
