capture and react to emails

Hi all,

I would like people to be able to send emails with keywords in the
subject line. I would then like my server/website/asp page to capture
the email, parse the subject and react accordingly.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Not sure if it is an ASP issue, but that's the environment I'm working
in.
