Are there alternate locations to download the Cassini ASP.NET web server?

The download link on www.asp.net seems broken:

I was able to download it using Firefox's browser.

If I use IE, it gives me saying: "Internet Explorer cannot download
Cassini.exe from www.asp.net. Internet Explorer was not able to open this
Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.
Please try again later."

Some setting in IE must be messed up. Any idea what it could be? I have my
Internet security settings to medium.

Don't know what to tell you. It works in Firefox and IE for me. Can you
browse to other sites in IE?
