CGI or other to grab weather data from NOAA

I looked at several Perl scripts for extracting weather data but none
seem to do exactly what I want. All I want is the current temp and
maybe the current conditions. Seems a simple script to call the NOAA
page search for a string then return a string would'nt be too hard to
come up with. Any ideas?

I use this for my local current conditions. It's not from NWS, but it does
the job for me.

I'm using one of those now, but I'd like a little more control on the
look of the thing.
