Changing Font style and size - ASP.Net

Hi

I have a Dynamic Web site which the owner is allowed to edit its contents.
All is fine,but the owner sometimes want not only to change the contents of
the HTML page , He wants the ability to Bold or underline certain sentences.
Obviously, A simple aspx template will not suffice.

In Optimum situation , The site owner will have "Word like" screen, and
after Pressing "submit",it will be shown in the appropriate HTML for the
regular users.

Any advices of how to implement it, will be appreciated.
