Changing the path for the Script files for IE Tree View

Hello ,
My question is how do i change the path for the javaScript files that
Treeview uses.By default we need copy the contents of the runtime to a folder
c:inetpub/wwwroot /web_cntrl/1_0
Since the control is accompanied with it's source code ,how can i change the
path to the script files as i want.
Suppose i need to place the scripts files in a location like

c:/inetpub/wwwroot/MywebApp/Resources

How can i do this .Is there any way i can change the source code to achieve
this.
