charting library

Can anyone recommend a charting library that:

- allows for a variety of charts, including pie charts
- creates charts that "look good"
- doesn't use jquery, prototype et al
- doesn't require me to learn bezier maths to draw curves

Free would be a bonus.

What's wrong with that:

JS Charts (3rd link) could be a contender. No idea about code quality,
though.

What server-side framework are you using? There are a number of interactive
flash based charting libraries out there, but without more info, it's hard to
suggest.
