Collapsible list of question and answer

Hi Anitha,

If you right-mouse click that page and view the source code you can examine
the Javascript that causes these expand/collapse effects. It relies on the
changing the display attribute of the HTML objects on the page. You would
see a "function toggleQuestion(tName, qName, aName)" that sets the
"que.style.display = 'none';" or to "que.style.display = '';"

Do a view source of the page and you'll see the javascript code that
Microsoft is using to create the effect you want to mimic.
