I can't figure out why a click to the Westminster Abbey thumb replaces
the question mark image with the large photo of WA but that doesn't happen
with a click to any of the other thumbs. FF 1.0.

Toby:

Ignore. It works fine with FF, but on dialup the large images take a
while -- and the throbber doesn't indicate that there's data transfer
in progress and the image doesn't fill in at all until the download is
complete, so I didn't notice that the file was coming down the pipe.
(Until I saw the modem lights a-blinkin', in a later test.)
