Comments Moved in VS.Net

Microsoft, I would appreciate your comments on why the comments are moved in
VS.NET.

Hi Dave,

This is the "Automatic Formatting" feature of VS.NET IDE. If you do not
want it, you can turn off it.

Tools->Options...->Text Editor->HTML/XML->Format
