Commons Net from Apache

I would like to test the Commons Net package from Apache, but it seems
that the downloading page is unavailable at the moment:
http://commons.apache.org/net/download.

Could someone please send me the corresponding jar so that I can begin
to study the content with javadoc. I would be thankful
