Compilation Error - BC31011

Hi. Almost every time I run Copy Project to copy my application to my web
server I receive the following Compilation Error. Could anyone suggst how I
fix this? Thanks.

I also wanted to add - When I receive this error message if I simply run Copy
Project a 2nd time the project copies fine and the error does not occur.
