Compile Aspx - Receive Contents as Output

What I am after is a method by which to call a *.aspx page complete with
it's code-behind and save it's content to a variable (string).

Even if I can't get the string that is ok, I can buffer the output if I have
to.
My main question is how to go about compiling the *.aspx file.

This would be run from an HttpHandler (implements IHttpHandler) inside the
ProcessRequest method.

I would also accept this behavior from an external class if possible which
could be instantiated and executed by my HttpHandler.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
