Compiler initialization failed

Helllo,

after installing the .NET Framework 1.1 we receiving when we try to run our
ASP.NET applications :

Fatal error BC2000: compiler initialization failed unexpectedly : 0xC0000005

Any suggestions how to solve that problem ?
