Compress::Zlib for UNCOMPRESSED output

Hello,

I like Compress::Zlib, but I can't seem to make it generate an
uncompressed output file. If I specify zero compression in the second
parameter, it still prints a binary header if I try to write an ASCII
file. How do I avoid this so that I can write zipped/unzipped ASCII
depending on the filename extension?
