Are there concurrency issues if you have two or more users hitting an
asp.net web page that reads an Excel file via ODBC, or does IIS handle
this? If user #1 comes in 1 millisec before user #2, will user #2 get a
"file is in use" error if the script is still reading the Excel file
for user #1? (this is read only) If so, is there a workaround?
