    Hello together,

    is it possible to configure the sessions-ids given by tomcat so
    that they start with a special, given character? (for example
    jsessionid=a... on server a, jsessionid=b... on server b, ...

    We would like to migrate a server-pool from resin 2.0.5 to tomcat
    (4.1.29 by the time), but this feature is needed in this
    particular case.

    I've searched the web, read documentation but found nothing...

    Thanx for help or suggestions, and sorry for the may-be-bad-english

    Greets, Marc
