connection path

Discussion in 'ASP .Net' started by Eugene Anthony, Apr 21, 2007.

  1. In my web.config I specified:

    <add name="myConnection" connectionString="Data
    Source=.\SQLEXPRESS;AttachDbFilename=|DataDirectory|\Database.mdf;Integr
    ated Security=True;User Instance=True"/>

    how do I specify a connection string to my ms sql 7.0 database?

  2. Best resource there is: http://www.connectionstrings.com/

    You should be able to find the correct connection string there.
