Pointer to const pointer to const char.

    (hint: read 'backwards')

    Hi,

const char * means pointer to const char which implies that you cannot
change the value to which this pointer is currently pointing but you
can change the location to which this pointer is pointing.

const * means a const pointer which implies that you cannot change the
location to which this pointer is pointing but you can change the value
    stored at that location.
