Content Management System suggestions

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could make a suggestion about a CMS
which has the following features:

I did check out Google etc but there are soooo many options...

The CMS would have a central admin area which could be used to add content
(Text/ Images).
The information entered here could be shared between one or more websites.

e.g. A person could define the number of websites to begin with and then
enter data into a centralised database table.

The admin user could then go to one of the websites and click on the edit
button and then access the shared information and insert it into the current
website.

I would also like to have templates as well which could be embedded into
pages in the any of the websites and when the information in the template
was changed the changes were shown throughout all pages in any website.

A powerful WYSIWYG and Asset Manager would also be necessary

TIA

I assume, by you posting in a .net forum, that you want a .net solution?

If so, the pickings are slim (for good ones, at least).

I can tell you to definitely stay away from web500 ;o)

I haven't used it, but I've been watching sitecore:

http://www.sitecore.net/

They seem to update their product quite often. Might be one worth looking
at.
