control the behaviour of ValidationSummary messagebox

I have a ValidationSummary.
My language is Hebrew.

How can I control ValidationSummary, so it will fits the language Hebrew.
(It should be read as dir="rtl" / right to left reading.
Can I handle what is the contents of the header of validationSummary ?)
