Hi,

Anybody knows how to develop a program to convert between a gray-scale
image format (PGM, Portable Gray Map) and a color image format (PPM,
Portable Pixel Map)?

Basically everybody here knows how to develop programs. What part of
the development process do you need to discuss? Consider posting to
the 'comp.software-eng' newsgroup to ask about it. Did you mean to
ask a particular C++ language question?
