Converting YUV to PNG with J2ME Wireless Toolkit

I am trying to convert an image in YUV format to PNG but am using the
J2ME Wireless Toolkit. So the packages available to me are limited in
terms of Imaging. Any ideas or suggestions?

presumably you have a server. It is not so limited.
