Cookies not working in another window

Hi. I'm creating a cookie and can read the cookie fine when I use the same
IE windows on a different page. But I can't read it when I use the different
page in another IE window. Anyone got any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I'm creating the cookie like this:
Response.Cookies("cookie").Domain = "domain.com"
Response.Cookies("cookie").Path = "/"
Response.Cookies("cookie") = "some text"

And trying to read the value like this:
response.Write(Request.Cookies("cookie"))
