Hi, how can I manualy dump a backtrace and/or coredump to a file and/or
console?

Can I do it without aborting the program?

We have no idea. The C language doesn't include any information about
backtracing or core dumping.

You may want to ask on a unix group (such as comp.unix.programmer) or a GCC
newsgroup (gnu.gcc)
