Creare una DLL come libreria di controlli customizzati

Salve a tutti,
come da oggetto, come è possibile fare ciò in ASP.NET? Il fatto che vorrei
in qualche modo atomizzare tutta una serie di controlli customizzati da
redistribuire ad amici eccetera ma senza passare necessariamente il codice
sorgente.
