Create a cookie and retrieve in dotnet

Hi guys i have experience of creating cookies with multiple values in
asp.net.

e.g.,

txt_1.Text=Request.Cookies("cok_Previous"("PreviousSurname").value

I was wondering how i can create a similar cookie in javascript and
then retrieve using asp.net

any help appreciated.
