Hi all,
I am working on a new asp.net app that I would like to create in "modular"
fashion. Each piece will be its own module. Inside each module, data will
be reported and additional information will be given. I would like to create
some sort of user access security for the data that's reported. Example:
the manager can see all of the fields from a table, but the data entry person
can only see a few fields when accessing the same data display (a report or
something on the screen). Any ideas on how this should be architected? Or
helpful sites to review? I know I need to create groups within the
application that determine what the user can and can't see, but I just can't
quite determine how to go about hiding and showing fields easily.
