Hello All,
My web application uses forms-based authentication which I have set up in
the web.config. Now there is a page which needs to be accessed in case of
database failure. Now since forms-based authentication uses database, I
cannot authenticate users in this case, hence I would like to store the
credentials for that particular page in web.config. I am assuming that I can
do that using the credentials element...can anyone help me out with this?
I am interested in hardcoding the credentials for only that particular page
and the rest of the application should be forms-based authentication.
Thanks for your help!!
