Cross project sharing in .Net Framework 2.0

Hello All
I am facing a prob for quite a long time.
In .Net Framework 1.1 we can easily add two web projects under a
solution and share data between them. (By data i mean UserControl, Web
Form , etc.)

But in Framework 2.0 , its seems to be a problem.
Error shows that the two web projects are not share able.

Is this feature is no longer supported in Framework 2.0 ??????????
