Crystal reports Viewer Error

Hi. I am trying to add a Crystal Reports view to my page and get this
error:

Compiler Error Message: CS1595:
'CrystalDecisions.Web.CrystalReportViewer' is defined in multiple
places; using definition from 'c:\WINNT\assembly\GAC
\CrystalDecisions.Web
\11.0.3300.0__692fbea5521e1304\CrystalDecisions.Web.dll'

I have CR 11 installed on my PC.

Any ideas? I have no CRViewer on any other web pages.
