CS0016: Could not write to output file --- Access is denied

Hi, some hours ago my .net framework has stopped working, WITHOUT ANY
REASON: no new installations, etc.
Now every aspx page give me the error:

Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource
required to service this request. Please review the following specific
error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: CS0016: Could not write to output file
'c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET
Files\root\85b0a480\f63cce03\9ntakkyp.dll' -- 'Accesso negato. '

I've tryed to reinstall .net framework, but the problem persists;
moreover i've read all similar posts on this newsgroup, about
permissions, using filemon, regmon, but no one solves my problem..
i'm becoming mad.
Please help me

my system is win xp sp1 with iis 5.1
