JavaScript in an external source file isn't the same thing as SSI.

a)
IE in newer versions does not show Title as a 'tooltip' bubble, at
least not a Title in an Area in a Map. (Actually non-standard, but it
worked neatly in IE as well as Netscape).

b)
Has it been deprecated? It is not mentioned in the XHTML standard as
far as I can see.

c)
How do we make tooltip-bubbles in the future?
