css in ASP.Net works in Visual Studio but not in the browser

Hi!
I have an annoying problem with cascading style sheets, it works all
right on my ASP.Net pages when working in Visual Studio 2003. When I
compile the project and starts it in IE 6 all formatting is gone. Is
there anybody else who has this problem and hopefully knows how to get
around it?
