Customer Contact Management

    I'm looking to add [customer contact management] features to an existing
    ASP.NET 1.1 Web application. I've been googling for contact manager
    software - like ACT! or GoldMine - but I don't need something that is so
    heavyweight. I've found a bunch, but they are all stand-alone desktop apps.
    I could roll my own, but would prefer to leverage some 3rd party package if
    possible and don't mind paying. Any recommendations?
