Customer controls runat="server"

I have a custom control that we always be
runat="server"



How can I prevent my control users from always having to specify this ?

so instead of

<MyPrefix:MyTitle runat="server"/>

it should be just

<MyPrefix:MyTitle/>

Of course it's not a customer control but a custom control ;-)
