Hi all,
I have a directory website which allows small businesses
to submit their details, which are then added to my data-base.
It started of mainly as a hobby site but the data-base has now
grown to over 10,000 small businesses.
I don't currently have any kinds of terms or conditions or
privacy policy on the site, but wonder now if I should have?
I've recently been approached by 3 or 4 different people
enquiring about the main data-base and wanting access to the
information it contains.
Does the Data Protection Act effect me in anyway and if so
what should I now do about this?
