Data Retrieval/Formating problem

Hi
If i get a datatable in this format:
Row Columns Seat
A B 1
A B 5
A B 11
F E 21
F E 24

is there a way that I can display the data in this format:
Row Columns Seat
A B 1,5,11
F E 21,-24

How can I do this?
