DataGrid Corruption - Error Creating Control

I don't know what happened, but this is not the first time.
When Entering into "Grid Template Editing Mode", I am seeing
a message "Error Creating Control" on all 3 cells
(ItemTemplate,EditItemTemplate,FooterTemplate). When I hover my
mouse over the error, I get the explanation that "There is already a
component
named <name>". I checked the Form and VB files, and there are no other
controls with these names.

Does anyone know the solution around this problem.
