datagrid fixed headers

Hello,
I have a very familiar problem - To have fixed headers for a
datagrid one can nest the datagrid inside the Div tag. Sounds good.
But the solution requires once to hardcode the column values(width in
pixels) of the header and even the nested table (for headers). This
does not seem to work in netscape. The solution is elegant for IE. I
believe its coz the width in pixels is not the same in netscape and IE.
Hence, the problem. Any ideas??
