DataGrid pageIndexChanged event not firing - simple solution

I dynamically added bound columns to datagrid and pageIndexChanged
event no longer fired. Here's how I resolved the issue. With property
builder I added html column with no values. In code behind I remove
the column. Works fine, but not the best solution. Problem seems to
reside in hooking the handler for pageindexchanged.
