datalist and limited space

hey all,
i have a datalist in a limited section of space on my web form. what options
do i have if the datalist outgrows that space? i like how the visual studio
designers tabs work when there are too many to fit you can use the left and
right arrows to scroll. is that possible with something like the datalist?
