Decode GIF to Hex code.

Hi im new on this news group



Hi, I have lots of problems to make a little program on a HP 50G with
a C compiler.
All the problem are just to show a little image lol..
The image is not aligned , GrayScale are bad..

I would like to make a little program to convert GIF File to C Image.

But i must pass it in a little program to convert it in correct
greyscale. and to compress it (Grey scale in HP are just 1 HEX "16
grey tone with white and black"

I don't want to use the transparency mode.

For now i search a way to read a GIF and separate the setup and the
image

i don't know if somebody know a library or a source can make this ?

There is plenty of libraries for image manipulation and displaying
graphics. Have you tried looking for them on, say, Google?

Googlign for "gif file format c++" brougth up some hits and some code
Code may, or may not, be appropriate for you, but then this newsgroup isn't
appropiate either. If you google you shoudl find whatever you need.
