Default Namespace Error prevents my Webservice from executing

I have now migrated to VS 2003. When I deploy my
WebService to a non-localhost server I get an error
requiring the Namespace to be defined as something other
than Tempuri.org. This error is all I get no service
desription. I have tried to change the namespace and
nothing seems to be recognized. This didnt happen until I
stated using the 1.1 Framework. I not sure how to
properly fix this. I tried making the new host name the
Namspace however no luck. Any ideas?
