Deploy won't deploy Masterpage.master

I used the deploy feature of VS 2008 to deploy (no boxes checked) my website
to another server. The deploy says it succeded and the website is on the
new server but the Masterpage.master did not deploy!!

Anyone know why?

My version of Firefox is 2.0, not 1.8! ;-)
