Desig Application in ASP.NET

hey guys,

I am making an desing application like flash in asp.net, example of it can be found at www.logoyes.com.

The application needs a design to be made using selected images and text.

I mean user selects and image from exisitng images and the image appears in a clipboard like thing where he adds text on client side with all the formatting.

Now i want to provide all the functional;ity for the image too like rotate, resize, and displacement within the clipboard. and save whole thing text and Image together as one image in either jpeg or gif format.

I had done image move , resize using Dhtml , but i dont know is it correct or not?

I really need help on this, i had to submit the application on wednesday, any help will be appriciated from heart.
